Recipe du jour


Green morning smoothie
 1 celery stick
 1 handful kale
 1 handful spinach
 1 kiwi
 a few frozen pineapple chunks
 2 tablespoons chia seeds
 ice (to your liking)
 1 to 2 cups of water
 Mix and enjoy.

I use the Vitamix.
